Payment

Seupha Studio accepts payments with Visa and Mastercard. The following payment methods are available too - Apple Pay and Google Pay.
We reserve the right to withdraw the money before the item is shipped due to all of our products are made to order, meaning one piece is made specifically for you.

Deliveries

As soon as you get an order confirmation by email, your order will go into production. Since all of our pieces are handmade the delivery time will depend on the amount of orders. Most of our orders are shipped within two weeks. If not, we will let you know.
The delivery services we use are DAO, GLS and DHL. 
We ship to the following counties: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. 


The delivery time in Denmark is 2-4 weekdays after we have shipped your order. In the rest of the listed countries, the delivery time is 4-6 weekdays after shipment. Shipping costs varies from 6€ til 20€.

Returns

We hope that you will love your Seupha Studio item! But if you for some reason wish to make a return at Seupha Studio, you must report it no later than 14 days after your order has reached the end destination. The notice must be given by email to contact@seuphastudio.com or through our contact form. 



Your email should include your order number, what pieces you want to return, and your bank details so that you can get your refund as a bank transfer. 

When you wish to make a return, the items must be unused and with all the tags on. Items that are used, damaged, or in any way altered, won’t be accepted, and you will therefore not be eligible for a refund.



When we have confirmed your return email, you have 14 days to send the package. It is your responsibility to buy a returnlabel if you are outside Denmark. If you are within Denmark, we will buy you a label and subtract the price from your refund. As soon as we have received your returned order and accepted it, you will get a refund within 10 weekdays. As all of our items are made to order, a lot of time and work are put into each piece. Therefore we only offer af 50% refund of the returned items.
If the package is not picked up in time and gets returned to us, you get the option to get the package send again on your costs or if you wish to make a return you must report it to our mail no longer than 14 days after we received your package.
Your email should include your order number and your bank details so that you can get your refund as a bank transfer.

Seupha Studio collects and processes the personal data that you directly and voluntarily provide via our website when you place online orders and/or register on our website and/or subscribe to our newsletter. We use the information to send your goods and to send emails if you want our services. This data includes, for example, your first and last name, postal address and e-mail address and telephone number.

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
(a) to process your online purchase orders and perform the administrative activities associated with it and to comply with any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
(b) Furthermore, data is included in Seupha Studio's customer database and processed together with the details of your purchases for marketing: contacting you by email in connection with information and promotions, including commercial information, newsletters, advertising material, catalogs and invitations to events related to Seupha Studio.
